1. What all does the Retreat registration include?

2. Would the room be on sharing basis?

Yes the rooms would be on twin sharing basis. 

3. How much do I need to pay for the registration?

You are required to pay 100% amount at the time of registration.

4. Is the payment refundable?

The registration is transferable to another partcipant, although there is no refund possible. 

5. What all does the package not include?


Retreat Package DOES NOT INCLUDE: 

  1. Travel to and from the venue of retreat. 
  2. Visa arrangement for any participant. 
  3. Extra spa sessions or any amenity used by participant available at the venue other than that included in the package. 
  4. Liquor or smoke provision or permission.

6. Is consumption of Liquor allowed on campus during the Retreat?

There will be no Liquor permitted in premises during retreat.

7. Is Smoking allowed during the Retreat?

Balance Wellness Retreats prefer to conduct retreats at customarily a tobacco and alcohol free resort. All participants are requested not to smoke or/and consume alcohol in their rooms, gardens/balconies and public areas. There is however, a separate area designated for guests who would still like to smoke. 

8. Can I request for a transport to the Retreat?

9. Are there doctors on campus in case of any medical emergency?

Yes we have a panel of doctors on campus to take good care of our participants. 

10. What kind of a cuisine can I expect in the Retreat?

All the meals would be prepeared by special Wellness Chefs with vegetable and products procured from organic farms. These meals are customised as a Health cuisine retaining the good taste of the delicacies.

A staunch belief that life is lived with a purpose of serving back to the universe got Nehha & Veena together to collaborate on a common platform of work.

They believe in a perfect combination of ‘Brains from the West and Heart from the East’. 

Starting their entrepreneurial journeys individually during their college days while studying Architecture, and on graduating form University of Pune they further enterprised and incorporated Enviro Design Global, an architectural company which has successfully completed a wide spectrum of architectural, interior design, landscape and urban design projects across the globe with renowned multi-national clientele. They have been awarded with Leadership Awards for Excellence in Sustainable Architecture and Excellence in Professional Architectural Services.

They, as a creative collaboration, have highly set goals and targets which they believe in achieving with one step at a time, progressing towards the Ultimate Goal. Their creative entrepreneurial heart and mind along with designing spaces inspired them to diversify into Media and Wellness verticals under the parent company Genotrance Global Ventures Private Limited.

Their core mission and vision remains constant which is uplifting the social fabric of the society in bringing about a social and thus a global coherence by way of integrating Mind, Body and Soul.

Diet & Nutrition

Luke has been involved in holistic nutrition, coaching and fitness ever since he graduated from IHM with specialization in food science and nutrition. He achieved his doctorate in Alternative and Integrative medicine and practices in that field across the globe.

Apart from being a published author of the globally acclaimed book, ‘The Great Indian Diet ‘(with Shilpa Shetty) and ‘Eat Smart, Move More, Sleep Right – Your Personal Health Coach’, Luke Coutinho practices in the field of Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, Exercise Physiologist and is a Speaker.Although a celebrity nutritionist, Luke works on being accessible to everyone - the poor, underprivileged, etc. by conducting various workshops and seminars on topics related to health, nutrition, lifestyle, disease and most importantly, on cancer prevention and treatment. He is also a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer. 

Leila El Moria

Psychological Therapist

Leila is a transformational coach, an RPT (Rapid Personal Transformations) Trainer certified by Simon Rose and also trainer of Spiritual technologies certified by Zivorad Slavinsky.

Leila is a Psychologist, graduated from the University of Innovative Technologies in Psychology in Moscow, Russia. She is a psychotherapist - Gestalt therapy, life coaching & Art therapy. She is a Global Life Coach and spends half of the year in India as a Heartfulness meditation trainer and Wellness Expert.

Leila holds many other prestigious certificates from schools all over the world - Past-Life Regression therapy from Brian Weiss, Omega institute, USA, Emotional Trauma Release technique therapist from founder Zivorad Slavinsky in Serbia.

Ruchi Phool

Yoga Trainer

Ruchi has a Diploma in Yoga Vidya, Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga and Laughter Yoga Teacher Certification. Her skills include Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Laughter Yoga, Diet & Nutrition, Shuddhi Prakriyas (Cleaning of Mind, Body, Psyche), Pranayama and various Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation techniques and a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer.

Dr. Mukesh Patel

Mind Trainer & Therapist    

His journey into Psychiatry and Spirituality started together in 1996. He has 18 years of experience as a Psychiatrist and equal amount of experience as meditation and yoga practitioner. He is an Art of Living teacher since 2001 and taught several types of courses that include children, adolescent, young adults and prisoners.      

As an Art of Living teacher he has taught yoga, meditation and Sudarshan Kriya to more than two thousand people and inspired and trained other people to do the same.      

He is also fond of mountaineering, done several expeditions including Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. 

Fond of Music and Singing he plays Piano, and Flute regularly.

Dr.Snehal Deshpande

Relationship Counsellor

 A developmental therapist by profession for the last 27 years and director of the Sneh.. Rehabilitation education and research centre. 

Also a consultant and head of dept at Dr. L H Hiranandani Powai Wockhardt Mira Road Artemis Gurgaon Delhi, Care continue Kolkata. 

A certified Neuro developmental therapist and sensory integration therapist. Working in the field of Neuro rehab has enriched her with a vast experience of touching lives of people with challenges. 

Heartfulness Meditation provided her with tools to work on my inner core which also reflected in her external personality. Wellness became is her mantra integrating mind, body and Soul. 

She is hosting sessions for corporates as a motivational speaker and for youth forums on relationships.

Asanas are one of the steps to refine our body but thats limited to the physical body. They cant touch the subtle bodies or reach the soul.
